Tri Township Water District (TTWD) is required by the State of Illinois EPA to conduct a complete inventory of all service lines in our service area. The service line comes from TTWD’s main into your home. The purpose is to visually identify the service material.
We have collected line information from the Cross Connection Survey that had been mailed out earlier in 2024. We will be conducting in person service line inspections and/or contacting you by phone and would appreciate your cooperation in completing this process. To further aid us in this inventory, we encourage you to use the form online that you can easily submit for our records in place of an in person inspection.
